I love After School
I'm unabashed for my love of girl groups. I once stood sat outside a hotel with a friend for about 6 hours waiting for BEG to leave so I could stand there petrified and screaming like a psycho at Gain telling her how beautiful I thought she was. I then proceeded to spend the next 3 months telling everyone how the Brown Eyed Girls all smell like the best kind of marshmallows. Yeah not creepy at all.
Anyways, over the past few months, I've gained interest in a girl group I used to ignore. It's not that they didn't interest me when they made their debut. Heck, if anything I was more curious because their leader Gahee used to date Micky. But other than the fact that I thought they were all relatively attractive with great legs, I didn't really give a shit on account that I thought that Play Girlz was an awful song.
I think they have more interesting songs that alot of the other girl groups in the biz. I completely adore the 90s throwbacks they include(Ah, Diva etc) and I've lost count of how many times I've played Neo ttaemune(now one of my favourite kpop songs)
Not to mention these girls have the best bodies in the industry. I'm so sick of these bland, cutesy 'trying to be sexy but pretending not to' types and I guess one of the reasons why After School appeals to me so much is because they are completely atypical(compared to other K-girl groups I mean)
They may not be the most talented bunch(with the exception a few) but seriously, not many of the other groups are either(BRING BACK CSJH, WE NEED SOME TALENT). And at least the ones who are they for the sake of making the group look prettier don't pretend otherwise.
I think After School are sweet, not like *some* other group that pretend to be coy and virginal and absolutely lovely but are the most conniving, bitchy group, *cough*. From their reality show, they really did seem pretty genuine, and I'm sure Gahee wouldn't tolerate any closet bitching in her group anyways.
Anyway, I started typing this because I basically wanted to say that if Micky and Gahee ever got back together, I would really want them to adopt me as their child. Can you imagine how amazing it would be having them as parents? Okay better not talk about Chunnie dating anymore girls lest it upset some fans.(I understand the pain ;_; )
Okay I cannot take it anymore, I have to talk about DBSK. Or at least post pictures of Micky. See, it's related to the post.
