It was Miss Scarlet in the Hall with the Candlestick

The UNDP committee
*Edit
Well, I'm home. I would post pictures but I either look like a cat or the lighting blows, or somebody is having a cleavage problem or you know, theres always something.

I had fun of course, but that was mostly related to the
extra activities, and not so much to the never-ending political discourse. SMUN itself wasn't what everyone thought it would be, but the people I met were pleasant and friendly enough.
And for the sake of documentation, I was in UNDP, delegate of Russia. I am not visible in the picture, mostly because I am too short. Bleah.
(I am behind China, you can see the top of my head. At least I think that is me.)

So we stayed here, it may look gorgeous enough on the outside but honestly inside it's just a claustrophobic, nightmarish, fire-hazard. I got trapped in the stairwell, which is just outside the building and I couldn't get access back into the building because the doors only open from the inside, it's not very fun if you have an issue with heights and your cell battery is dead.
Also, the metal gate managed to slice open the side of my toe in one of my attempts to get past it, this is mostly my fault seeing as how I was the only one this happened too. But my defense is that I was sleepy because SOMEONE kept waking me up 4 hours before the first committee session of the day(for I don't know what, kicks?)

But don't get the idea that I'm all grumpy and irritable over my SMUN experience. No doubt it was a waste of everyone's time, it doesn't change the fact that I had SO MUCH FUN.
It was like a 72hour(~) sleepover. Going out for supper nightly, sneaking out to the beach at midnight, discussing hypothetical murder situations(WHICH FUCKING SCARED ME I TELL YOU), and then running away from that imaginary machete wielding psycho.
(My survival plan was to stand beside Marissa, chances are if she is the murderer, she won't kill you first because that would be suspicious, and if she isn't, she is the least likely to leave anyone behind. Plus she is bad ass and practices Muay Thai)
It was all fun, but running in heels is not, getting lost at beach at somethingAM is not, no wait, it was.
Shimma developed some form of hypochondria, googling 'Chest Pains' while I lay on her bed-"I think I'm having a heart attack" and Pam kept picking fight with strangers because she was grumpy over lack of sleep- "Sorry I bumped into you, BUT IT WAS PROBABLY YOUR FAULT ANYWAYS.", I'm surprised we didn't get beaten up after she offended so many strange men in deserted areas of Singapore.

The planned social events weren't exactly Da Bomb or whatever, I wouldn't say there were a total flop but... The first night was alright, watching Narnia more than once is like tradition for me anyway, so why not. The second night was an Ice Cream Party which wasn't too bad, mostly because they had Maltesers. The Dinner and Dance however, was...torturous? The food was either bitter or too bland. I danced for 30 seconds because after that they started playing hip-hop(or whatever it was) which left me with the strange compulsion to bash my head repeatedly against the wall until I passed out or just to play dead.(I stood around for awhile and then left)

Lucky those end around 11.30 and we get to have quiet time the rest of the night huh.

It was great catching up with Shu, who I miss a hell lot(She didn't drink a drop of coke the entire conference, I have Succeeded). Will probably see you all at Dora's party huh.

Oh well, back to reality, 15 more days to MYE and the return of the biggest distraction ever.
