Nostalgia party

I found this.
There were two rabbits, fluffy and white just like rabbits should be. They liked eating grass amongst other things and would do so everyday until they were too full to hop. Their fur was thick and shiny and all the other bunny rabbits were convinced that these two were doing something abnormal to look better than the rest.
Nobody liked the two rabbits because they were cuter and bouncier than the other rabbits, humans wanted to catch these rabbits and turn them into stew because they looked so plump and delicious. But the two rabbits weren't sad or worried because they were convinced they could protect each other.
Then one day, while hopping along the forest, the two rabbits found themselves being chased by a pack of wolves. They hid in a crack in a tree but knew that the minute they stepped out the wolves would devour them, button noses and all.
The bigger rabbit said to the smaller one in a moment of panic "Climb down my throat and hide in me, I will pull you out when it’s safe."
The smaller rabbit looked into the bigger rabbits shiny bunny eyes and knew that the other rabbit would let nothing hurt it so it agreed. The smaller rabbit closed its eyes as it felt the bigger rabbit chew away at its little bunny feet, felt its warm bunny blood flowing away which it knew with sadness was surely staining the larger rabbit’s pretty white fur.
And the littler rabbit was no more, for its little bunny self, bones, fur and all were now in the stomach of the bigger bunny. And the larger rabbit because it was now filled with the smaller bunny, all the love and trust the smaller rabbit contained was within the larger rabbit, and all that was too much for the rabbit and it was overwhelmed, falling on it’s little bunny paws.
It died, choking on all the love and gentleness it now contained.
And the two rabbits were no more.
My, was I morbid child or what?
